5 Ways to Reduce Stress
Diet:
A good diet can also reduce stress. Strong food kills our brain to keep it active.Food makes the whole body active. Energy levels increase.

Rest:
The pressure increases as you do things in a row. Hence the need to divert attention. Take a break from work. Stay away from news that bothers you. Positive thoughts should be nurtured. Spend time with nature as much as possible without being alone. Inhale fresh air. It should not be in the same place for long
