Battery-powered vehicles are now competing with each other in the scooter segment. Recently Ola was released with advanced features. Leading automaker Honda is all set to launch an electric bike called the 'Activa 6G'.

When comparing the two

Ola Electric uses elegant, classic design philosophy. It has a simple apron with integrated turn signals and a small LED headlamp on the front. It has a single telescopic fork at the front and a single sided swing arm at the rear. The rear has LED taillights, with turn signals on all sides.

The longer Honda Activa design is impressive. It features an arrow-shaped headlamp, embedded turn indicators, front apron fox air vents, and chrome inserts. Added an LED taillight around a turbo indicator on the back. The Activa 6G features dual telescopic forks and a single sided swing arm.

The Ola e-scooter is slightly larger in shape than the Honda. Ola has a long wheelbase. Being lightweight makes it easier to drive in traffic.

The Ola S1  is built with impressive features such as instrument display (with integrated navigation), disc brakes, 12-inch alloy wheels, telescopic front fork, and mono shock rear suspension. It has an option to enable driving sound. Also for added convenience, there is also a reverse mode.

The Ola battery takes about 4.5 hours to charge through a regular charger. In the future the hyper charger will charge 75 km to the battery in just 18 minutes. Gives mileage.

It has steel wheels and drum brakes at both ends.

Features include analog instrument cluster, telescopic front forks, rear mono shock suspension, all-LED lighting, etc. The seat does not need to be left open every time you refuel.

The Honda Activa is currently priced at Rs. 69,080 to Rs. Up to 72,325.
